About Entio
Entio is a searchable index of Hong Kong's open company registry data — built to make public-record company information easy to find, verify, and cross-reference.
Our mission
Hong Kong's Companies Registry publishes rich, official data on every registered company — but it's spread across separate lookup tools, weekly file dumps, and specialist registers that most people never find, let alone connect together. Entio's mission is to bring that public data into one searchable place, with every field traced back to its original government source rather than presented as an unexplained fact.
What we're trying to build
Beyond a single company lookup, Entio aims to be a genuine reference layer for Hong Kong's business landscape: browsable by industry and district, cross-referenced against official licensing registers like the Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) list, and transparent about which facts are verified registry data versus inferred classification. The goal is a resource useful to founders registering a company, professionals doing due diligence, researchers, and anyone who wants to understand who they're dealing with.
What Entio is not
Entio is an independent project, not affiliated with the Companies Registry or the HKSAR Government. It is not a substitute for an official company search, does not provide legal or financial advice, and does not publish a credit or risk score — see our Methodology page for exactly what each field on this site does and doesn't represent.
